We purchased this home because it attaches to property we own. The house is on on acre surrounded by another 30 acres. We remodeled the entire home in 2021 adding all new cabinets, stainless appliances, hard flooring, granite counter tops, new light fixtures, new bathrooms, and much more. We added a new patio and hot tub to the back of the home. From the back you see our old barn, trees, and land. It is a very relaxing place to visit.

Barn Loft with incredible views overlooking a 6 acre lake. It has a full kitchen including stove, microwave, fridge, and full size sink. It has a king size Murphy Bed with a new mattress, and a queen futon. The bathroom has a tile walk in shower. It also has a 9’ pool table and coin operated dart board. Below Loft is our man cave barn used for training for baseball and we ask that nothing is disturbed. We’re conveniently located 20-25 minutes from downtown St. Louis Mo. and under 10 minutes from Interstate 64 exit. Barn is located behind our home that has approximately 25 acres and is at the back end of a exclusive neighborhood. Our area is very safe and is a country like rural setting. The loft will require guests to climb several steps so please be physically capable of making the climb. Also steps has a handrail with no spindles. To access loft you must walk through barn so please be respectful.

Great place for a family get together or just friends weekend in Grafton. Front 2 bedrooms each have 2 queen beds.They are separated by a door and share a full bath. Rear bedroom has a King size bed,Private full bath with standup shower and a separate entrance off deck. Front bedroom upstairs has a king bed as well as a full futon. 2nd bedroom upstairs has a king bed. There is a full bath with tub and shower upstairs as well as a full kitchen with breakfast bar and open living room, and small deck overlooking lower deck. House has a large deck on the side which is great for relaxing outside.There is also a dining room with table and chairs,wet bar,small refrigerator and microwave. Upstairs, there is an additional bedroom with a King bed and a futon. The rest of the upstairs is the owners private space.

Twiss House is a grand 1907 Victorian home located in a quiet neighborhood in small, quaint, Aviston, IL just outside of St Louis, MO. Owners are on-site, will greet you upon arrival and will be available during your stay.
